Can I telephone to place an order?
Yes, please call 01435 865 011 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If the call centre is busy please leave you name and telephone number as requested and we will call you back ASAP – we promise!
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes, we can accept orders from everywhere.
How will I know you received my order?
Once your have placed your order we will send you an e-mail which confirms your billing details, address, what you have ordered and the total amount. Your card will not be charged until the order has been dispatched. We will also inform you by email when your goods will be despatched.
Why is an item shown on the website if it is sold out?
We apologise if an item you would like to order is sold out. This happens because; typical to online purchasing systems, there could be several buyers signed in buying the same item at the same time. If another buyer confirms a purchase before you do, this would consequently reduce the stock level.
What happens if I don't like the item/s?
If you send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt you will be offered a full refund. We highly recommend that you return the item by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery. When returning items to us for any reason you will have to meet the postal costs yourself. Delivery
What if I am not in when my order is delivered?
The post office will leave a card so that you can collect it directly from your local post office.
How much does delivery cost?
There is a UK delivery charge of £4.95 for any number of items up to the value of £30.00 or £7.50 for any number of items over the value of £30.00.
We also offer an Express Next Day delivery service - Monday to Friday only. The delivery charge is £10.00 for any number of items. Orders must be placed before 12pm (excludes weekends) and will be sent out the same day for delivery the following day. See our delivery section for full details.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, overseas and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 10-14 days. For non-mainland UK orders the costs are calculated for you at the end of the ordering process. A signature may be required.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be sent out once the payment has been approved, the address has been verified and the item/s is in stock. This will take between 5 and 7 working days.
Payment
Can I pay by cheque?
Bo-Bjú is able to accept payments by cheque, however goods will be delayed by 5 days, as orders will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please make all cheques payable to 'Bo-Bjú Ltd'. We can also accept payments by MasterCard, Visa, Switch or Delta/Connect.
When will the payment be taken from my credit card?
We will not charge your card until the order is dispatched.
Am I able to exchange goods?
We aim to make shopping as stress-free as possible. However if you are unhappy with your goods, for any reason, then please return them within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund the goods providing they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. For more information see our Guarantee and Return sections.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once an item has been received back, refunds will be processed within 28 days. No refund will be processed until such time as the unwanted goods have been returned and received.

Why do you want my e-mail address/telephone number, etc?
We ask for these details so that we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. We also contact customers through e-mail with special offers and information. For example, if we have your e-mail address we can let you know about any new Bo-Bjú products that we're launching on our site, plus any special offers we are running. We do not pass or share your information with any other companies other than the couriers and delivery companies or if requested to do so by law.
