All prices quoted on our retail website are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero (please see separate note on VAT and Duty). If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5 per cent. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.

We realise that online security is vital when you are placing an order with us and that is why Bo-Bjú uses Protx to ensure this is the case and your credit card is safe. All transaction information passed between the Bo Bju website and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Bo-Bjú Ltd does not pass any information on any information about our cutomers to any third party other than mail/delivery companies so that your order can be delivered. Debit or credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company, unless required to do so by law. Our site certificate is authenticated by Protx and uses secure sockets layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. Any information that is passed to our fulfilment provider is transferred using SSL 128-bit encryption. Once your order has been transferred to our fulfilment provider's system all credit card details are removed from the website. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. VAT and duty All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5 per cent. Your invoice will include VAT at 17.5 per cent. If you live outside of the European Community (EC) we are happy to refund the VAT after your order has been dispatched. Delivery All deliveries require a signature so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the item(s). Items will be despatched in 5-7 working days, subject to availability.
Packaging All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a Bo-Bjú satin pouch before being wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a padded envelope. Standard UK delivery – orders up to the value £50-00 Goods are sent Monday to Friday only, 1st Class Recorded Delivery Charge £3.50 for any number of items Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Overseas deliveries We can accept orders from our overseas customers. (For BFPO addresses postage will be free of charge. Please contact us at sales@bo-bju.com or on 01435 865 011 should you have a BFPO address.) Foreign order Internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to. These will be taken off at Bo-Bjú Head Office and a copy of your ex VAT invoice will be dispatched with your goods. Shipping Costs will be calculated according to the weight of your order. If your order weighs less than 2kg then the European cost is £15 and the rest of the world cost is £17. Orders of over 2kg are calculated for you as you make the order. Overseas Delivery times (Stock permitting, we strive to deliver your order within the times estimated below.) Europe 8-10 working days. Rest of the world 12-14 working days.
